At Legacy Mill & Cabinet we take pride in the cabinetry and millwork that we manufacturer. We guarantee your new cabinetry and millwork against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 5 years under average residential usage. This warranty is valid only if the cabinets are installed by Legacy Mill & Cabinet llc. and if the guidelines for care and usage have been adhered to. This warranty does not cover tarnishing of handles, yellowing of product as a result of direct sunlight, repairs done because of movement or settling of the property or countertops. Validity of this warranty is subject to management's discretion.

Are your cabinets built to certain sizes or increments?
All of our cabinets are custom built to the customer specifications. We are not limited to certain increments of sizes needed and can build up to the 1/16 of an inch.

How do your prices compare with large mass produced shop?
We have found that we are very competitive with any shop that produces similar products. Our mission statements states that we aim to produce a professional product at a completive price. It is not our goal to produce the "cheapest" product on the market but to provide the "most value" for the dollar.

Can you build furniture or entertainment centers?
Yes, we have built many home entertainment centers for our customers, building them to fit the components that needs to be utilized. Check out our portfolio for photos!

What about color selection?
Because we are a custom shop the customer can select huge array for colors we can provide for them. Or they can bring in a sample of what we need to match and Legacy Mill will match it as close as physically possible.

Can we have glass door panels in some of our doors?
We have a wide selection of glass to choose from. Any of these styles can be inserted to a door panel to add character and charm to a room.

How long does it take to build our cabinets?
This time depends on the work load we are caring at the time of your order. Typically we find we are about 4-6 weeks out on jobs. Sometimes this may be less if it is a smaller job and sometimes it may be a bit longer. If time is a critical factor we will work with you and let you know, up front, if we will be able to provide your cabinets when you need them.

Do you do counter tops?
Yes, we do several types of counter top products. Namely: Laminate, Wood, Solid Surface, Stainless, Granite, and manufactured stone.

What about handles and pulls?
We have a great selection of hardware available. There are literally 100's to choose from.

What is your payment policy?
It is our policy to get a 50% deposit upon the start of the contract with the balance being due upon completion of the project.

Can you help with design?
Absolutely, we have years of experience with designing and building kitchens, baths, studies, dens, professional offices and commercial cabinet work. We are happy to provide your helpful information to your dream of what your are after.

How do we get an estimate?
To price a job we will need one of the following:

  • Time with you to find out what you are wanting to create.

  • Plans or drawings of what you are wanting with the wall dimensions that are applicable. (These do not have to be professional drawings, ideas you have sketched down on paper are just fine.)

  • Fax or email the copies of your drawings to us.

  • We will come out to see your space and get measurements (free of charge).

  • We are happy to work with you, your architect or builder directly.
